Rental Agreement
Parties & property
This agreement is between the guest named on the reservation and Keystris R3 Rentals, for the property and dates identified in the confirmed reservation.
Occupancy
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may occupy the property. The property may not be used for events, parties, or commercial filming without prior written consent.
House rules
The guest agrees to the property's House Rules, including check-in and checkout times, quiet hours, smoking and pet policies, and parking arrangements, as displayed on the property page.
Security deposit & damages
Where a refundable security deposit applies, it is held via Stripe and released after checkout, less the cost of any damage beyond normal wear or violations of this agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy in effect for this reservation.
Acknowledgment
By checking the agreement box at checkout, the guest confirms they have read and accept this Rental Agreement, the House Rules, the Cancellation Policy, and the Terms & Conditions. Placeholder — final language to be provided.
