Standard terms

Placeholder terms: reservations cancelled at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable fees. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the property and dates.

How to cancel

To request a cancellation, contact us with your confirmation number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Changes to dates

Date changes are treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability and current rates. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Extenuating circumstances
